Scope of Application
KPP petrochemical process pump is suitable for conveying liquids with low temperature, high temperature, high pressure, flammability, explosion, toxicity, easy crystallization, and certain corrosivity. It is mainly used in oil refining, the petrochemical industry, the coal chemical industry, low-temperature engineering, the chemical industry, seawater desalination, the offshore industry, pharmacy, etc.
Conforms to API 610 OH2 and API 682 standards for heavy-duty process, applicable for delivering various kinds of liquids, of low/high temperature, of high pressure, inflammable, explosive, poisonous, easy to crystallize, or corrosive. Applicable for oil refining, petrochemical, coal chemical, cryogenic engineering, seawater desalination, offshore industry, and pharmacy.

The product is a single-stage horizontal radial split double-volute structure with intermediate support, axial suction, and radial discharge. It has a large-capacity oil storage chamber design and an automatic oil replenishment device.

The main materials are configured according to API standard materials: materials of flow passage parts - carbon steel, 12% chromium steel, austenitic stainless steel, and duplex stainless steel; The shaft seal is designed by API682 standard, equipped with extended diaphragm coupling and steel base with liquid collecting tank.
